She is brilliant, inspiring, has a fantastic personal brand, and is the perfect balance of positivity and ass-kickery. She’s got sass for everything. Carly Rowena might be my favorite fitness YouTubber out there. First off, she is a great version of a strong, healthy body, so you know she practices what she preaches. I mean, just look at this.

No fuckin’ joke, people. She’s a beast, but a totally achievable beast, which is great inspiration! Her channel includes a bit of everything, from workouts to fitness essentials to tackling any/all topics regarding health. Her videos are high quality and her form is perfect- even videos where she just talks to the camera are entertaining because she has the cutest british accent! Here’s her TMI tag. Watch it and tell me she isn’t the sassiest, cutest chick you want to be best friends with. Come on.
